My items arrived damaged. What do I do?

Contact our customer service team immediately if you receive damaged items

Keep your project on schedule by following these tips when receiving a product and contact us immediately if you have a problem. Follow the steps below so our team can help resolve this for you and arrange the shipment of a replacement.

1. Inspect Your Package

For UPS, or Parcel deliveries, you may not always be home to inspect the delivery. If you receive a damaged item, take pictures of the packaging and the damaged product, and call our customer support team immediately.

2. Check For Concealed Damage

Even if your packaging appears in good condition, you should always open your items and inspect for concealed damage. You must contact us within 30-days of accepting delivery to report any concealed damage. If you do find concealed damage, take 3-5 pictures of the product and its packaging. Please retain the product packaging as this may be needed in the event we need to file a damage claim with the carrier.
